CTWC 2019 was held in Portland Retro Gaming Expo on 20 October 2019, with $10.000 as prize pool. The number of players for the main tournament draw was expanded from 40 to 48, with a "Round Zero" play-off for qualifiers ranked #17 to #48. The winner of each "Round Zero" match faced one of the top 16 seeds in the first round proper. Since Joseph winning CTWC 2018, so many young player participated in the Tournament and become dark horses. Even though there are some young player, this Tournament is still dominated by the Tournament veteran such as, Jonas, Matt Buco, Chad Muse and Harry Hong.
