Great. Then let's move on to a more advanced technique.

To do this technique, you will need to create a gap, like so:

Make a + shaped gap in your work.

Then create an overhang over one of the corners of the gap, like this:

Top it off with an overhang.

Lastly, when you get a T-piece, soft drop it into the opening and spin it so that the block looks like an ordinary T.

Clearing lines with T-Spins can lead to damage to the opponent's field in the form of garbage lines: Gray lines that always have an indent in them. Try to do more of these.
